About Me

I help technology companies, SaaS vendors, and MSP ecosystems turn complex products into successful customer and partner outcomes.

Over the past decade, I’ve built my career at the intersection of technical account management, partner enablement, solution engineering, and channel growth. My passion is taking new technologies from concept to adoption by creating scalable onboarding programs, technical training, and operational frameworks that help customers realize value faster.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped drive more than $11M in influenced revenue, supported thousands of managed service providers, and played a key role in launching and scaling strategic partner programs. Most recently, I helped expand 1Password’s MSP ecosystem from approximately 100 partners to more than 750 while supporting structured onboarding and deployment initiatives that accelerated adoption and long-term customer success.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong builder and learner. I enjoy photography, woodworking, homelab projects, and exploring how AI and automation can make everyday life a little simpler and more productive. At my core, I enjoy taking complex problems and turning them into solutions that are practical, useful, and scalable.
